CEPICI and the global publishing, research and consultancy firm, Oxford Business Group (OBG) have renewed their partnership on Friday 27th May 2016 at the company’s headquarter to support the Ivorian Government efforts to improve business environment and attract foreign direct investment.
The signing of this MOU following the one signed in 2013 will allow the publishing firm to produce “The Report: Côte d’Ivoire 2017", an annual report compiling economic information that can guide international investors in their choice of location and investment sector.
The company, through its print and online products, offers analysis of macroeconomic and sectoral developments, including banking, capital markets, insurance, energy, transport, industry, and telecommunications. It also provides economic, political, and business reports focusing on developing countries.
The Managing Director of CEPICI, Emmanuel Essis stated that he was pleased to renew this collaboration. According to him, "what still need to be done is great but we appreciate the trust and confidence demonstrated by our partner OBG in settling down here."
Expressing her appreciation, for the signing of this partnership agreement, Mrs Oumnia Boualam, Managing Director of OBG in Côte d’Ivoire, said her company believes that Côte d’Ivoire is one of the most dynamic economies in the world.
